Rita asked me to do the invitations for her daughter Dayna’s
Sweet 16 birthday, I sat down with her and Dayna to brainstorm about ideas for
the party. Dayna didn’t know what she wanted so we started by going through the
gallery on my site and she fell in love with the Dr. Seuss Birthday Hat and
decided she wanted to do a Dr. Seuss theme party. So now that we had an idea of what she was looking for we started
to work on the invitations.
What I came up with was a passport style invitation using
some of the Dr. Seuss quotes and images to tie everything together.
When Rita saw the invitations she decided she would like the
party decorations to match the invitations. So we began by creating the banner
We then did the cupcake toppers
And finally the favor bag clips. Everything came out so cute. I just love it.
Rita sent me these photos of the event and she said that
Dayna and her friends had an absolute blast.
I am so glad that Rita allowed me to be a part of this wonderful girl Dayna's big day it truly was an enjoyable experience!
